Frequently Asked Questions

How often do you have openings?

Depending on our current client workload and growth, we list our positions as soon as they are available. Most positions will have 30 days to submit applications.

Is this Full-Time Employment?

No, this is not full-time employment.

Most of our positions offered are 1099 Sub-Contractor (Independent Contractor) positions. And to be completely transparent, 1099 management for our clients is one of our main services, so if you are not familiar with how this process works, we will not be a good fit for your career growth.

What does this mean?

As a 1099 Sub-Contractor, we do not offer benefits, you are not an employee. We will not pay any benefits like medical or retirement. If we part ways, you are not eligible for unemployment.

What about my income taxes?

We will not pay or submit your income taxes due from 1099 Sub-Contractor work performed. All income tax you owe is your responsibility to submit to the IRS.

Do you hire applicants from other countries?

We will only hire applicants who are Physically located and Legally able to work in the United States of America.

This means if you are not both:

1. Physically located in the United States of America (no exceptions).

2. Legally able to work in the United States of America (no exceptions).

Then you are not our ideal applicant.

How long is your hiring process?

We do not want to waste your time, or ours.

Once positions close, we review all applicants for initial eligibility and experience levels.

Within 1-2 business days of position close, we will send out emails asking all advancing applicants to schedule an interview time within the window we provided. Normally there is a 1 week window of available meetings times, approximately 2 weeks in advance.

Interviews are performed through Zoom or Google Meets (you don't need an account to attend either). Please ensure you have a functioning Web Camera and Microphone/Speaker system operating prior to your scheduled interview time.

After the interviews are completed, we will review applications and make our final decisions.

At any point in the hiring process, if your application does not fit our current openings need, we will send you an email notifying you.

Do you do background checks?

Background Checks are Mandatory

All conditional offers of work are made with the understanding that a favorable third party background check is completed.

If you are unwilling or unable to complete a background check, then your application will be marked as ineligible without further review and you will not be considered for any openings.

What is the work schedule?

Good news!

As a 1099 Sub-Contractor, we cannot dictate your schedule to complete tasks.

We will give you deadlines to have tasks completed and it is your responsibility to plan your schedule accordingly to meet those task deadlines.

Meaning, if we have a hard stop deadline to review your work by Tuesday, we will ask that you have all of your tasks completed by Monday (end of day).

If that means you complete the work on Friday or Sunday or Monday means no difference to us.

Hours per Week Estimates

When we list a position available, we will do our best to estimate the hours needed to train/learn the tasks and then perform the tasks on a weekly basis.

Most of our positions will list # of hours needed per week to complete the work.
